Free of charge for children under 4 years old

50% surcharge of adult price for children from 5 to 7 years old

75% surcharge of adult price for children from 8 to under 10 years old

Children from 10 years old will be considered as adult

1 room is free of charge for a maximum of 01 child under 4 years old sharing the bed with parents, for the 2nd child onwards, a 50% surcharge of adult price will apply.

More than 07 days prior to check-in: free of charge

From 06 to 04 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates

Less than 03 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.

No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

Check in on board: 12:10-12:20pm

Check out: 11:15-11:35am

Return Hanoi: 14:30-15:00pm

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old

traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.

Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge as mentioned.

Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adult.

A compulsory surcharge will be applied for the following days for Gala Dinner
