08:00 AM: Start your morning with a visit to the Independence Palace (Reunification Palace), which was built on the site of the former Norodom Palace. It is a well-known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City, designed by architect Ngo Viet Thu.
Continue to see beautiful French Colonial structures such as the Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office.
Visit the War Remnants Museum, which displays a vast collection of artifacts from the Indochina wars.
12:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, head to the Cu Chi Tunnels:
Watch a documentary and see self-made weapons, bamboo traps, and learn how the guerrillas lived and fought inside the tunnels, demonstrating the resilience of the Vietnamese people.
You can crawl through the tunnels if you wish.
Learn how locals make rice paper and rice wine.
Try firing an AK-47 (additional cost: 600,000 VND per bullet) and enjoy steamed cassava.
18:00: Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Depart for Cai Be. Stop for photos at Tan An town, offering a view over the rice fields.
Arrive in Cai Be and board a motorized boat to visit the Cai Be floating market. Experience how locals trade goods, fruit, and more on their boats.
Explore small villages and orchards, continuing through small canals to Vinh Long. Visit handmade family businesses producing coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn.
Arrive at Binh Hoa Phuoc village, known as the “green pearl” of Vinh Long, where you can immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music and take a walk through a bonsai garden.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch on the boat, featuring fried shrimp, fried fish, spring rolls, and more.
12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Visit Mot Island, where you can enjoy a “Dance of Sea” music performance and join a Floating Bar Party.
2:00 PM – 3:45 PM: Visit Tranh Beach for relaxation or water sports.
3:45 PM – 4:45 PM: Visit Mieu Island and Tri Nguyen Aquarium, designed to resemble a pirate ship on a reef.
Return to the hotel and then take the night train to Danang.
