The far-north of Vietnam is a region with a pristine tapestry of ethnic culture, spanning an incredible mountain region of green land and humble wooden homes. This 3-day northern Vietnam tour marries wild nature with unique cultures, found across beautiful villages and the vivid rice paddies of Sapa. On this tour, we spend three days trekking through Sapa’s verdant best, starting and ending in Lao Cai. Along the way, we meet four different ethnic groups and learn of their long-held customs, as well as visiting the elements of Sapa that make it one of Vietnam’s most attractive wildernesses. We stop for the night in two separate villages and savour the tranquility afforded by rural homestays, owned by two welcoming families of the Giay and Tay ethnicities.
